Hi,

There is an issue whereby some customers using Microsoft email client addresses and Apple Email addresses to include Live.com, outlook.com, hotmail.com, me.com etc are not receiving Order Confirmations, Invoices and other System Generated Emails. 

This will prevent users from being able to verify their email address and more, however, activations will still be made and emails sent via alternate email address until the issue has been resolved.

It is advised that you use a different email to signup and make purchases, preferably GMAIL 

If you have made purchase and did not receive, setup instructions or activation email then please Open a Ticket where details will be provided.
